Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as you place an order, we get to work! We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Typically, orders arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on your location. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll keep you updated.

What Happens if Delivery Fails?

We get it, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, our delivery partner will make two more attempts.

 

If the issue remains unresolved, the order will be returned to us. You can request a re-delivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments? We’ve Got You Covered!

We take great care in packaging your footwear to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

 

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partners to investigate the issue. Based on the outcome, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund—your satisfaction is our priority!
